Gaming USRCHEAT.DAT with HG/SS (U)?

Hello i cannot find a cheat database anywhere with Soul Silver cheats in it,
I can't add the cheats to a database myself as i don't have a windows computer, i'm a mac user.
So i was wondering if some kind person would link me to a database with Soul Silver cheats in it.
