Homebrew Using wupinstaller to install haxchi?

I wonder if it's possible use wupinstaller to get Brain Age and from there install haxchi? If not I would buy the game later on. I currently have haxchi installed over Zelda PH legit eShop game so I would like regain access to that game.

It wouldn't have a legit signature so it wouldn't boot without sig patches
