Hacking Using USB Loader's capabilities for possible homebrew DLC?

With the possibilites we've been having with the USB loader, I've been thinking about the possibilities of some kind of add-ons to games. Along with a GC loader hehe

I'm sure it's far fetched but it would be cool to see something like a texture applier for Brawl that you can turn on and off or custom music? (I'd almost call that Brawl Loader

)
Or maybe the ability to swap game models or even add one to certain games.

I know we're just scrapping the surface with USB Loader; figure maybe that may be something possible?
