Congrats on getting lucky with this. I would not expect this to be a widely working affair -- if the code is changed at all between regions (say another language support added, censorship concerns, different control styles favoured...) then the binary (as in code that runs on the CPU) will almost inevitably have also changed. Said languages will also potentially pose a problem for file level efforts as well.
