Hacking Using Trucha on Scrubbed ISO's....

I know from both reading and experience that Trucha Signer is unable to open scrubbed ISO's. Can someone tell me if it's possible to fix that or if there is another program that would allow me to edit/sign scrubbed ISO's? Basically I am trying to edit the main.dol to remove Error 001 (with the Generic Wii Patcher) and because Trucha can't open Scrubbed ISO's I have been unable to do it for a number of compressed games.

Which error do you get?

I just opened a scrubbed copy of nitrobike I have without any issues...

I dont have a modchip. I download games I own just to extract files.
Since I cannot bit torrent, I have to HTTP donwload. Because of this, I only download scrubbed games. Every one has worked with trucha.
