Hello, my wii ac adapter stopped working and I'm wondering if I can use my ps2 AC adapter to replace it. I'm going to replace the plugs so it would go in my wii, but I was wondering if the voltage would be too high or low and if it will cause my entire system to stop working??

The power adapter for a PS2 Slim is 8.5V 5.65A, the Wii needs 12V 3.5A - for obvious reasons this setup will not work. Compare the data on the back of the power adapter before attempting mods like this - if they don't match, it won't work.

Won't even fit the holes. There's the first clue that it's a bad idea and "replace the plugs so it would go in my wii" is a super bad idea.

They make these things not fit for a reason, and it's (usually) not just to get you to buy theirs.
