I have tried to look this up but i keep finding posts with people who want to use 2 sd cards 1 for sys-nand and one for emummc. I am trying to figure out if i can use 2 sd cards both with emummc to store more games on since my first sd card is full? I had used 2 cards on my old Switch that i gave to my kids and it worked fine but i was using cfw on sys-nand on that one. Im not sure how to go about doing this? Do i need to just create a new emummc on the 2nd card and will all the games on my first card still show up when swapping between cards like it did on my old Switch? Maybe this isnt even possible?

Thanks for any help.

I have never seen or read that people use 2 SD cards. It might be possible but never seen it.
People use however 1 SD card but create 2 partitions. One that is about 30GB which is going to be the EmuMMC system and the remaining storage is for the other partition for games, apps etc.

Yes i have 2 partitions on one card. My 30gb holds the emummc and the rest is for games. I am trying to use 2 cards both set up the same way and store the games that wont fit on the first card on the 2nd card. This worked fine on my old Switch and it just showed a little cloud icon for the games that were on the other card i wasn't using at the time. Im just not sure how this works while using emummc.

Works fine here. Why shouldn't it? I'm using 2 sd cards wich emummc cfw each and one for sysnand ofw.

So i just need to set up emummc on the 2nd card the same way i did with the first then install the games as usual and the games still show up on the switch when i swap my cards right? Im probably over thinking it but i wasnt sure if i needed to use the same emummc folder on the 2nd card because i thought it makes a copy of whats on the system when you make it?

As you can tell i don't know exactly how the emummc stuff works so sorry if this is confusing. Im not sure if i am explaining what exactly im trying to do correctly.

No. Every emummc is like a different console hardware. So games and savegames are separate.
