Homebrew Using LayeredFS with New 3DS browser (SKATER)

Hello everyone, I bought this and I want to play some games on it. If I remove the microSD card which contains the audio guide the console gives this message: microSD card is not inserted. Can we make it run games and use it as a console?

Hi, I wanted to know if it was possible to use LayeredFS with the 3DS browser. If it is, is the titleID 20009D02 correct? thanks.

Well. the first thing would be....what exactly are you wanting to do with the browser?

I just want to see if it works by editing the default font and some icons.
