Hi! so I bought this Wii from marketplace, and when i turned it on it just showed the preloader menu. What should i do?

Hi, I have a japanese copy of Phantasy star online and I would like to use it on my modded wii, what can I do? Is there any mod that is going to allow me to simply insert the disc and play it just like a normal game?

Priiloader allows you to play region-free games, among other things.
