Hacking Question Using hacked and legit Switch on the same internet

Stupid question: So I have v1 and v2 switches, I have hacked the v1 and been using v2 as normal legit use. (v1 does not have nintendo account logged in). Question is :

If I use both of the systems in dock with same lan adapter can nintendo somehow ban my v2 one?

I've done this for almost 2 years now . Kept them completely seperate only way for them to know is if Google grassed me up for having 2 accounts linked to me on a hacked switch

I have one hacked switch and two non-hacked ones all on the same wifi. No problems.

Cartridges are read-only so nothing is saved to the cartridge no matter what console it is used on.
