Hacking Using Gateway flashcard to cheat DS games?

Hey all. I have a Gateway 3DS and the DS version that comes with it. How can I play Pokemon Black or White 2 with Hard mode unlocked from the start?

If there's a cheat for it, maybe it's in the usrcheat.dat, and you can just load it from there

Sorry, I'm not too experienced in this stuff. I'm also sure there's a cheat for it, how can I apply it?
