I have been running Configurable USB Loader for years running games from an external HDD and Bootmii to load my emulated NAND. My question is will I run into any issues using 3rd party Wii controllers? A friend of mine said they will mess us my modded wii. He may be full of it but so far I have only used Nintendo branded controllers, nunchucks & classic controllers. I was thinking about getting a few of the cheaper 3rd part ones but I damn sure do not want to mess up my rig. Any thoughts?
