ROM Hack Using codes/injecting pokemon to my gamesave

I Have cfw Rxtools pasta edition and a pokemon alpha sapphire cia I got all the way to the 4 trainer battles and my characters are too low level and I refuse to level them up to continue the game, this is unneccessary bloat and does not contribute to my game experience in the least, is there anyway I can download some pokemon/ARCODE the ones I have?

I feel like this is a troll. Ever since XY you NEVER have to grind because the experience share is overpowered.

You can extract the save with savedatafiler and edit it with pkhex

install savedatafiler. Backup save with savedatafiler. Edit the save in pkhex. inject save using savedatafiler

I opened up Savedata Filer and I see numbers under USER would you happen to know which one is my pokemon gamesave?
