Using Appx-packer to bypass eappx protection [needs properly set up Appx-packer]

As some of you may have noticed while trying to dump apps via the windows store that some titles are eappx and there for are not easily installable in dev mode this a guide on how to get around some of those issues

Ill be using netflix as an example in this guide as it is a light title and fast to pack

1) launch the title you want to dump on your pc

2) once running open task manager and find the title

3) select the drop down option on the title

4) right click on main executable the one that isn't the runtime broker

5) a menu like this should have popped up, click on the Open file location option (highlighted in blue)

6) copy the folder path by which I mean the directory in which the appxmanifest is contained

7) copy that folder path to Appx packer as the input directory and choose your output directory

8) A box like so should pop up just hit none

9) Give a minute or two and you will get a dialog box like so just hit ok

10) now if you look in your output folder there will be an appx

If you managed to make it all the way to the end of this tutorial congrats you just made an appx

ps not all titles will work with this method

You know what'd be great. Instead of just showing us a completed compiled version of a program we HAVE to use, you should also show us HOW to compile the REQUIRED application.

But then it's unsigned! I want to force the Appx Signature to be in the package.

i used to go out to the recycling center every couple weeks and look at the crts and other electronics people would drop off. Usually screens were broken or severely scratched from being tossed around. Did find a good one here and there, but never anything like a 1080i widescreen crt.

Is it piracy if it was released for free? Not in my opinion, but I also think it's not piracy if buying it isn't owning it, and it's not piracy if you can't buy it from the original creators anymore.
