Homebrew Using another persons nand to restore vwii?

A few months ago I tried using USB loader GX and failed. I somehow messed up ios36 and potentially others. I know 36 is bad because both Mario Kart Wii and SSBB both use 36 and neither of the games played. I found a nand backup download on dashhacks with a source at hacksden. Can I put this through a converter or something to fix my ios files on vwii? Or can somebody pm me a vwii 36? I also read about a nus downloader thing where if you put a specific title id it would download that item including ios files. Would that be a better solution? Thanks for the help everybody! (Ps I also don't know what to do with the file when I get it. I'm sure I could find a tutorial online but instructions would be greatly appreciated)

Virtual Wii doesn't even use an Emunand?

Oh wait... I see... so you can create a copy of your Nand on Virtual Wii... what you CAN'T DO IS INSTALL PRIILOADER on Virtual Wii... I see now...

I'm reading another's site suggestion on Virtual Wii bricking and they strongly suggest you to NOT install someone else's Nand and wait for an actual Console Update to fix this...
This make me think (I believe) that somehow, you could "reinstall Virtual Wii" from scratch?
Now I'm leaving this ask question because I'm certainly a complete noob with this... but... Downloading a whole System Menu for the Wii and re-installing it is possible... so I don't see why this can't be done with Virtual Wii too?
