Hey guys, thanks in advance

I bought a pre owned New 3DS XL with menuhax (i have to turn the console pressing L Button) and wanna format it to start from Scratch.
The sysnand is on 9.2 and emunand on 11.0.
What must i do to remove everything to make it like a stock new 3ds and install arm9loader and luma ?

You don't have to remove everything. Start from the first part of the guide and read it carefully.

Thanks for the quick answer, but can i use the system format option on the settings of the console to start fresh and after that follow the guide ?
Or will the system auto update to the newest firmware ?

No need to start fresh,
Just leave the emunand as it is for now and follow the guide from sysnand!

Yep it can be removed... just not on Nintendos servers, as you would need the password for that I believe!
