Hardware Use touch controllers on iVRY?

Is it possible to connect my oculus touch controllers to my phone using iVRy? The reason I’m asking is because the touch controllers connect to the oculus headset, and mine is currently unvailable. But oculus software and the controllers don’t pick up my phone when connected.
