Hacking Usbloader GX wont rip games from disc?

Hi.

I am trying to copy my games from discs to usb HDD with usbloader gx. it worked on my old wii but it just hangs with a blank screen upon pressing copy....

Games run fine (the ones that are already installed on the HDD) just cannot add any more now? (There is HDD space)

usb loader gx is unstable, please use configurable usb loader or wiiflow, it should work with them.

let me guess, these are not original discs?

new wii's have a dvd reader that cannot read backup discs, so u can only rip from an original disc to your hard drive

if u want to copy a backup disc to you hard drive, use wiibackupmanager for windows (or just rip the disc to an iso using imgburn, but wiibackupmanager is better/faster)

If you have a D3-2 chipset on the Drive PCB (you have to open the Wii to find out), they do not read burned discs. Any future chipset will pretty much have this same feature.
