Hacking USB loaders don't work

So I have a softmod 4.1U Wii. All I want is a USB loader that will load games from a USB hard drive in ISO format. I have tried Wiiflow, Neogamma, and USB Loader GX. Neogamma is on it right now and works when using backed up discs. The three loaders I tried get stuck when trying loading a game. The screen is blank and the Wii must be powered down by the console button. Am I missing cIOS or something? If so, could someone guide me through the process? I would prefer to get Wiiflow working since it looks the best. I don't know what I am doing, so don't talk too technical.

+1, also afaik pure .iso files won't work.

why would you want to use iso files to run games in the first place when you can transfer iso files to wbfs and save tons of space in the process?

Just use Wii Backup Manager to transfer ALL of your iso's to your FAT32 formatted usb drive.
It'll automatically create a WBFS folder to put the games in.
Also, use Configurable USB loader, far better.
