Hacking USB Loader(s) stopped working

Hi all,
I just used Waninkoko's 4.1 updater, and then installed the latest cIOS (13b), but now none of the USB loaders can mount my USB drive (I just get "Error ret = -1" after a timeout). Not sure which of the updates has caused the problem. Anyone else had any issues with either updates?

I can use bootmii to restore back to the backup I took just before updating and then try installing each in turn to see which caused the problem.

That's odd. I just used bootmii to restore and tested the drive, worked fine. Then I installed cIOS, tried the drive, works fine. Used the 4.1 updater and tried again, works fine.

I presume it must have either been a one off problem, or the cIOS installer causes problems when used AFTER the 4.1 updater?
