Can anyone help with a black screen while booting games?

Plus I included the small video mode experiment. Please report back so that these can be confirmed for the official release.

Well, I loaded up that dol and the game and background images didn't load (maybe it still looks in the app folder and not in the root?) and when I tried out Brawl the Ocarina codes hadn't loaded. Let me try again...

Codes work, on this one Fishears but Excite truck green sceens again...... because of the SD BUG.

Narolez's one fixed that but codes didnt work...

You got the codes to work? I just tested it again and Brawl codes don't work with that DOL. But thanks for the work in giving it a shot.

don't know about that - i used the latest source from WiiShizzza that I had.

Looks like someone's a little late realeasing updated source...

Thanks so much Narolez for making a non code dump forwarder!

I'm just wondering if you can compile a forwarder with same path but use FIXXME.dol instead of boot.dol? So I can use it in BNRBandit to make USB game channel forwarders. Right now there isn't enough space to hex edit the boot.dol into FIXXME.dol unless I shorten the path.

don't know about that - i used the latest source from WiiShizzza that I had.

yeh his still has the SD BUG............... Narolez fixed that bug and did some thing about loading and unmounting sd card when no codes were found. however that made codes not work at all.


give narolez's source a look over Fishears if ya could get codes working on that........it would be the best version.

and how is the hdd support improved? because the original and the 40sec version dosent find my disc, but starting weexbox for example then its no problem at all, working like a charm then

IT WORKED! I'm now running Brawl+ with texture hacking and the game and background images loaded successfully. I haven't tried Excite Truck yet, will do so now.

okey, so why do i only get a black screen with a white box that says "waiting for usb device..." ? the disc is working with geexbox so its not any problems with the hdd
