Yeah I installed that when I upgraded to 4.0.BIG MOE said:did you install cIOS36_rev10
when you used my edition, did you set the wcovers_path ? Because if you have set your Wii to widescreen it will check for that. Anyway, I'll change my version to use only covers_path (wcovers_path will be disabled) as from r169 the 4:3 covers will work fine also with 16:9.Sportsmaniac1322 said:Yeah, this is another "I can't get covers or disc images to work" post, but I'm no n00b here. I've tried almost everything -- I've tried tons of different sizes, different paths, and I even tried setting my own path with marinos35's dol files, but nothing has worked for me. I have a widescreen TV if that has anything to do with it. Can anyone give me any tips?
1) My covers are 160x124, so that shouldn't be an issue.marinos35 said:when you used my edition, did you set the wcovers_path ? Because if you have set your Wii to widescreen it will check for that. Some things you should note
1st the images dimensions must be a multiplier of 4
2nd the files' names should use 3 first letters of Game ID or the full Game ID
3rd the discs folder is under your covers folder and is named disc NOT DISK
4th the default covers folder is SD:/images (or wimages if you have wide and my version)
5th check that the images DO have the correct name and you CAN view them properly at your PC
6th all the images are .png

The folder where I'll upload future compiles ;-)
Here is my version where you can set the covers folder
r169+covers_path v2
make sure you read this to see how it works

for the other available settings (the officials) check this

What's new:
now there is no wcovers_path, only covers_path as the latest version will display correctly your 4:3 images even in widescreen
