When playing "We sing" games via USB Loader GX audio gets out of sync with the shown text. When loading the game from disk I don't have these problems. Is there a known solution for this?

I have already changed game IOS to 250 so the microphones get detected.

My system configuration:

Wii U 4.3.2E
d2x-cIOS v10-beta52-vWii
Latest USB Loader GX (via autoupdate)

Thank you very much!

you said d1x v10, but didn't tell which base you used.
Did you try base58? (usually installed in slot251)

Did you try another USBLoader (CFG or Wiiflow) to see if the issue is USBLoaderGX or not?

Thank you for your help! I'm pretty new to this modding-Thing... so I actually can't tell you which base I used. I installed HBC to something numbered "58", guess that's what you mean?
And no, haven't tried any other loader, yet. I'll give it a try.

Is there a know issue with my configuration? Attached you can find my sysCheck results, maybe you know this tool?

You updated the IOS? on vWii there's only two version of cIOS : beta52 and beta53.
in both reports you are using d2x v10 beta52.

you have different slots where you can install system files (IOS). in each slots, you can have a different system file based on a different official IOS.
in slot 249 : you have d2x v10 beta52, and this custom IOS (cIOS) is based on official IOS56
it's usually written like this : d2x v10 [56], or 249[56]

You have 3 slots reserved for USBLoading :
249[56]
250[57]
251[58]

3 slots, each custom IOS based off of a different official IOS.
Music games usually require the IOS58.

go to your USBLoader > select the game > Setting > game setting > IOS to use : set it to 251
it will now use the slot251 for your game.
other games will continue to use the default slot (249)

When using IOS 251 (in stead of 250) the vWii restarts when launching the game. Are there any more updated I need to run?
