You can't. There's a Uneek/Sneek alternative method which (IIRC) can allow you to boot straight to Postloader (you can launch games from there), but that defeats the purpose in this case here, since more clicking is involved.

@SONIC122 Are you referring to forwarder channels on your Wii System Menu for launch your Wii game backups using USB Loader GX?

Maybe you can install Priiloader and configurate it to enter to USB Loader GX directly when you turn on your Wii.
