Homebrew Usb loader gx says "Can't save. No device inserted?" error

So it happened recently, when I was going to try just dance 2015, but it had a black screen, so I tried to fix it, but it says "Can't save. No device inserted?" error.
So I tried to look online for results, but none came. So.. I guess I tried the forums, maybe..? Oh, and I don't know my IOS version.
