Hacking USB Loader GX problems

Hello, by the look of my account this is my first thread and I've only have had a homebrewed wii for around 8 days, but i know a bit about it. I'm currently using usb loader gx for backups and when I started a wii game it had a exception dsi error (GCN works flawlessly). I tried not plugging in nunchuks or gcn controllers but that didn't work and then i got a more recent version and I couldn't test it out because the loader "couldn't initialize usb" and I've reset and plugged out usb (it's 16 GB SanDisk Cruzer Glide). Could someone help?

Hello,

USB keys do not work well with wii (often black screen or does not start).
The problem is ==> your usb key

Please get an external hard drive formatted as FAT 32, and everything will be fine (fantastic).

Use the version of usb loader gx (1271), it works fine.

Then use "wii backup manager" to manage your games.

Hey i am having this strange problem with usb drive i gave a customer. i brought a hp 16gb usb and trasnfered games to it it played fine on my wii rvl 101 white system menu 4.3.
Recently customer told me the games werent working on his console so he brought to me the problem is that usb works fine on my console but on his it either gives a black screen at lanuch or stuck at safety screen or will hang at loading screen. I have spent 4 days figuring out the problem and yesterday decides to use my own personal wii games kingstan 8gb usb on his black rvl 101 to which my suprise worked amazingly well and i play on his system for 45min. after that i tried his usb too but din't worked games show but don't work. i have tried cfg to same problem with this drive
I have formatted drive to wbfs and fat32 and as well as ntfs but it doesent work on his console but does work on my console.
what could the problem and what could the fix for it should i update this wii i have install all cios etc and only my usb drive works on his console but not his usb

There is nothing strange about it. The recommended setup to save the games is an HD. USB pen drives can be finnicky. Some work, some don't.

there is indeed a strange thing does anyone knows about the boot2 v5.
The unknow version and unfindable version of wiis boot 2.
At least i have not found anything on internet about it
