I was running USB Loader GX just fine with WBFS, and then I used wbfs2fat and now my games arent detected by USB Loader GX. CFG USB Loader detects them, but Wiiflow doesn't. Any help?
Im trying to put wii games and gamecube games on one HD so I can run them on my WII U V WII has anyone done this or know if its possible?

To answer your question:
Everybody is doing this! This is the correct way to do it, so yes, it's possible.
The drive has to be FAT32 with 32k/cluster, formated with only one partition.
if you have multiple partitions, you need to put Gamecube games on the first partition, wii games can be on any.
