I don't know if it's a problem with cIOS or not, but I followed the guides at the Wii Guide website. I select Super Smash Bros. Brawl on USB Loader, and all that happens is that the screen turns black for about half a minute and then it just goes to the Homebrew Launcher. If you need a video or any sort of other information to help me diagnose the issue and a way to fix it, please ask for the info and I'll provide it.
