Hacking USB LOADER 1.4

Hoping that someone else out there might be able to help.

Was looking to have someone do the below using the new 1.4 Loader with Force NTSC in just a dol. Don't really want it as a wad. Just a dol.

I'm on 4.0E and installed rev10 cios, when i opened SD/USB Loader 1.4 the screen turns black and my wiimote goes off.

USB Loader 1.1 worked like a charm. Anyone an idea?

Nevermind it worked after i rebooted my system, everything was starting slow though..
