Hi,

Does anyone know if the % free amount will be fixed as it does not currently work.
Also wii sports loads but shows the incorrect date and time.
Also if i insert my 120gb portable hard drive and format using this application it can not be read on a pc is that correct?
If someone can make me a banner for when i load it through hbc that would be gr8.

Cheers

I am installing MadWorld now and seems to be installing fine so far

When I try installing my legit SSBB it doesnt make it to 2% any ideas?

It's completely normal that the pc can't read your wbfs partition , because it doesn't even know such a format exists. And i guess fixing the free amount of space display won't be too difficult for waninkoko.

You take it wrong. I ripped Brawl from my original and no problems so far.

Wrong, there are many problems with Brawl + USB ISO Loader.

1) IT LOADS TOO FAST FOR ME!!! (Im a snail!)

2) There are like NO LOADING times. I like looking at loading screens but here its too quick.

3) etc.

This is great by the way, just bought my self a h/d caddy and popped in a 160gig h/d so plenty of room for all my 30+ games :-)

Sorry for asking byt 29 pages is too long......

Question then, can i put films (avi/xvid) ,pictures and games ment for emulators on the H/D aswell?

cheers, paul

I just run Linux with a Live CD and it worked fine for me the WBFS tool.
I copied the PES and MP1(New Play Control) in 1-3 minutes, so its way faster then DVD Ripping.

SSX Blur and Red Steel doesn't work for me, but 21 other Game works fine

which LiveCD did u use? Slax, Knoppix ??

Just for information: Re-Dumped Overkill using the USB Loader und now it runs just smooth, so my problems before really were because of a bad dump I think.

Dumped and Linux-copied several different games now, getting the following experiences:
- Dumping via USB-Loader of original DVD runs well in 4 of 5 cases. In the fifth case, dumping gets stucked, giving me an exception when trying to shut down my wii. Just trying it again fixed it in all cases by now.
- Dumped original DVDs (if not got stucked) run fine in all cases. Didn't play that much, just loading a savegame and looking around etc., but seems to be no problem here.
- Dumping from burned backup DVDs runs well in 1 out of 5 cases. The dumping itself runs well without problem in all cases by now, but when trying to start one of these four out of five games, it crashes with a black/white screen or just freezes. Using Backup Launcher Gamma, all of these games run without problem, so dumping seems to be fast, but a little insecure with Backups (which is okay for me).
- Linux-copying ISOs to WBFS ran flawless in all cases but one. When I tried to copy over Shaun White, there weren't any error and the ls command showed, that the game was really there. But Wii wasn't able to find it. Re-copying fixed that issue though.

Can someone make a tutorial on how to copy games to HDD on pc via a linux live dvd?
i think such a thing would be very much appreciated.

Here is my list:

What works:
- Big Brain Academy Wii Degree
- Crash Bandicoot Mind Over Mutant
- Dead Rising
- Madworld
- Mario Kart Wii
- Mario Party 8
- Okami
- Rayman Raving Rabbids TV Party
- Resident Evil 4 (shows up at the very bottom of the list because of non capitalization of the iso)
- Resident Evil Umbrella Chronicles
- Super Mario Galaxy
- Super Monkey Ball Banana Blitz
- Super Paper Mario
- Samba De Amigo
- The House Of The Dead 2 & 3 Return
- The House Of The Dead Overkill (no more in-game loading stuttered gameplay: YES!)
- WarioWare Smooth Moves

What does not work (so far):
- Deadly Creatures (eternal black screen, nothing else)
- Metroid (like reported: asks for disc in drive)

PS: After uninstalling and reinstalling the required cios, my broken Wad Manager works again as well. So I am all good now.

Stats:
PAL wii. Wiikey2. All games PAL backups. Firmware 4.0 (updated from 3.2 with Waninkoko's updater).

I just read the last 30 pages and I just want to make sure of one thing before I load this. Does this works with System menu 3.2 with preloader installed? Thanks
