Nah it's totally dangerous and we should all hunt down the maker of USB download helper for the fact he let's us download ds games that will kill your wiiu lol seriously how the fuck is a ds game not going to be safe. We have a contender already for dumbest thread of the month.

Plus even without CFW it's still 100% safe to install it. It just will give you a message when you try to load it saying something like the nnid was not used to purchase this game please delete the game

Are you sure your not mixing it up with something else like cold boot haxchi which if you don't know is a modified ds game that if you do wrong can brick the wiiu as I have been using wiiu download helper since the very first day it came out and have not once seen that message.
