Hi there.

In order to keep my switch in airplane mode for now, I'm looking for a way to transfer files via usb. I found nothing but ftpd, for file transferring.

There's a payload called memloader that allowed you to mount your switch's SD as an external device on your PC, only downside is you have to turn your Switch off and re-enter RCM to do so

But I use it frequently, prefer it to taking the MicroSD card out constantly

Yeah I really wish you didn't have to reboot after using that, kinda defeats the purpose for me and I just have so far always resisted AutoRCM.

Could be useful, I broke some SD slots, taking the card out again and again. However, a homebrew would be great. Even with AutoRCM, turning off the console every time when you are testing things is quite annoying.

I'm sure eventually some sort of homebrew will come that lets you transfer files over usb, I mean tinfoil can install nsp files from your PC to your Switch via usb, so it's not that far off

There's a bounty for homebrew apps this month and I know the guy who made nx-shell is trying to get it. Maybe we see nx-shell allow usb use? That'd be awesome.

Sounds great, I'll keep an eye on this. Thanks for the info.

Good, Good, this is one of the big foibles other than having to either jig every time or AutoRCM, and I think that was solved recently as well.
