Hardware USB-C pad on board damaged

Hi guys,

I'm new in the forum, and I'm trying to fix a damaged Nintendo switch.

I bought the Nintendo as faulty, and it wasn't charging. If I add a charged battery, the switch works perfectly, so after testing and inspecting, I noticed that the idiot that sold it to me attempt to replace the USB-C.
Unfortunately, as you can see yourself (C), he almost destroyed the board, and one of the pad was missing (A).

Now my question is: since the damaged pad is just with one, is there any other part on the board where I could bridge that pin?
I'm tempted to scratch the covering next to the missing pad (B) and bridging it in there, but if that won't work any suggestion?
Also, do you think that the damage on (C) could cause problems?
And last but not least do someone know the specs for the resistor in green? I know it is a 0402 in size but not sure about the specs.

I think that missing pad is TX1- which is link up directly to one of usb filter on the other side. (see picture)
Check with your multimeter in diode mode to check which one is missing.

Part in green is a zero ohm resistor like a fuse and must have continuity.

"C" should be strong enough with a good soldering. But it is difficult to see the damage properly.

I managed to fix it, I ended up scratching the covering on (B) and soldering in there.

I have to say not really easy but it works now.

hi a was wondering if u could help out i too have a small problem got a damaged switch that a guy attempted to change charging port and ripped the pads off 5 of them at the bottom right see pic, ive removed the p13usb chip and the m92t36 chip as they where both shorted . awaiting new chips ... but with the motherboard damaged , any thoughts on how to fix re flow . its not for resale its a 2nd switch to mod ... could a use the switch with only the top 12 connected ??? or does dock request all 24 pins to be active >???

all pins are required for docked use, but fortunately two of the ones damaged here are redundant and will still function properly to my knowledge. you should only need to run jumper wires for these three pins:

you are a star ... so if a jumper 1 3 4 all should be good for dock use .. ok am on it al keep u posted of how a get on
