Homebrew usagi sfx help

i made a 3ds custom theme, BUT i cant add the sfx, i know WHY i cant , but i cant find neither the plugin for usagi or the sdk from nintendo, i know you cant post these because of copyright but if there is someway you can help me,i would be gratefull.

Go to google and search "ctr_WaveConverter32".... That's honestly the best I can do as per the rules. Sorry.

But once you have that you can use Yata+ to convert WAV>CWAV in bulk
