Hacking US NNID on EU/AU Console

Looking to import an AUS N3DS XL sometime soon. My NNID is currently linked to my US 3DS. I have a lot of eShop purchases I'd be looking to move over to the other console. Is there any way I could do that?

I figured. I'll probably just end up asking someone to make .cia's out of everything on my SD card or something.

With decrypted fat16 dump (generated from nandbackup and xorpad) you can export titleid and titlekey's and load your stuff anytime via internet including to create cia out of it.
