Hacking Urgent request for editing tools

REQUEST

We would like to bring you a Translation to this game as fast as possible but
with the Tools provided we can't.

Therefore we are looking for a programmer that can provide us with the following:

- An Image Editor
- A Texteditor that handles the Story Files correctly.

If you really can help, and I mean like really and not just want to get your hands on the translated files, then feel free
to write me or pong a PM with Details.

I felt this particular request should have its own thread in here rather than getting lost in the sea of comments on the main thread. Since its an important thing
If anyone can provide these tools and/or their own services in using them it will be well appreciated and will speed up the process for us who really want to play the game, without said tools, the process will be alot harder and longer.

i do know that with UMDgen you can do this,but i never tried it because i do not have enough exp. with that particular program.a project like this is something to look into and worth while since it is trying to translate and patch making i think,but i could be wrong.

No, umdgen is just for unpacking, repacking or applying patches to the ISO.
