So you trashed 2 points? I know of a dat0 alt, that may or may not work, but if you trashed the original, there is no way you will be able to solder to the alt... Also, I don't think there is an alt for CMD.

But the device still boots. Does the device itself not use those points for anything? I used https://gbatemp.net/threads/tutorial-noob-friendly-nand-dumping-2ds-3ds-3ds-xl-n3ds-n3ds-xl.414498/ as my guide and the little gold thingies fell off... I just assume that if the device can boot, then the pins themselves are not trashed just what I can solder to so my logic says that if the pins work, then should the alts. Please clear this up...

UPDATE! I need to change the name of the post but may I ask, My 3DS boots fine one second, and the next it has a booterror. the second I take it apart and test it, it works (I used the battery to test it).

Lol why are so many people lifting their pads while de-soldering.... , use a solder sucker xD, also another method to fix can be trace it and replace the copper pad which is a pain to do but may work , also do a stress test on the console for about 5 hours and see if anything happens :P
