Hacking Uptade CFW 4.30 to CFW 4.46 how do i do it?

Okay, ive been looking on Google for a way to uptade my Rogero to a later version.
And i can´t find anything. I tried to use a PS3UPDAT.PUP CFW using Storage Media, but it says there is no uptade data there.

So, i try run it in Recovery Mode. Same issue.
And yeah i made sure it was FAT32 and PS3/Uptade
I tried a Kingston and a Corsair, neither worked.

It is supposed to be in the order of PS3\UPDATE, NOT UPDATE\PS3.

And the file name is supposed to be PS3UPDAT.PUP, NOT PS3UPTAD.PUP

It is correct, i just typed it wrong here on reply. Fixed now.
But yeah , it was in that right order. I double checked now. Triple checked. Still get the no data found.

Okay, ive tried Rogero v.1 and still nothing.
I even tried Recovery mode, still nothing. Still gives me No applicated data was found.

Funny, afaik, Rogero's firmwares are made in a way that they can be upgraded directly, if you're from an old version.

I've done it, so I'm sure it's doable.

Is internet on the PS3 disabled? Are there any discs in the tray? Is QA flag enabled? Does the downloaded PS3UPDAT.PUP's MD5 match the one from the site? IS EVERYTHING IN ALL CAPS?

I usually run through that checklist before attempting to update.
