I have a V1 switch, hakete hacked with 400G SD card, grabbed a new 1TB card, formatted it in the switch and then copied all the files over (old sd to pc, pc to new sd).
This took about 2 hours in each step and when I booted the new card in the switch, it shows the card is almost empty, and nothing works. Checking the card in the PC, all the .nca files are absent.
So, I guessed I goofed it somewhere, did everything again and it's still exactly the same.
I don't have any extra partitions on the SD card, it's pretty much as stock aside from the hakete files in the root.
So, before I spend another 2 to 4 hours copying files over, what could i be doing wrong?
*edit* just noticed they're folders ending .nce, not files. The 0000000XX folders above them copy over, but they're all empty.
