Getting a bigger SD card, and just wondering if I just need to move over all the data from the old one in order for all my stuff to work on my hacked Switch? Sorry if this is a dumb question.

just transfer everything over to your new sd card , make sure you check if the old sd card is fat32/exfat , that way u can format the new sd card the same
If you use file based EmuMMC then just copy everything to the new card.
If you use partition based EmuMMC it is a little more complicated.
