Getting a bigger SD card, and just wondering if I just need to move over all the data from the old one in order for all my stuff to work on my hacked Switch? Sorry if this is a dumb question.

If you use file based EmuMMC then just copy everything to the new card.
If you use partition based EmuMMC it is a little more complicated.

Follow this guide, it will walk you through the steps regardless what kind of EmuMMC you have: https://nh-server.github.io/switch-guide/extras/transfer_sd/
Confirmed that I have File Based SD Card setup
Running in to an issue where it can't find the partition when trying to backup after turning SD partition "ON". Looks like other Mac users are experiencing this due to unwanted files that Mac creates. I tried using the "FIX RAW" option as recommended, but it is greyed out? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
Console Error:
"00: BOOT0…Failed to find a partition…
01: BOOT1…Failed to find a partition…"

It's a long shot but try to use the function 'fix archive bit' in Hekate. It might be called something slightly different, I can't remember exactly.

This is conflicting. You say you have a file based emunand but then you're talking about mounting and backup up a partition. If you have a file based emunand you format the new card with fat32 and then copy everything from one card to the other.
