Hacking Upgrading Emunand?

I've seen emunand support for 10.3 is out, I'm currently downgraded to sysnand 9.2 and on emunand with rxtools, I have around 15 cia installed how would I upgrade emunand without losing anything?
Not sure how the emunand update works.

Nope, are you on o3ds or n3ds?

I'm on a N3DS, I haven't done anything yet.
I thought rxtools was on 10.3 but its not.

I just want the process to be smooth and not having to lose any data. But I may just stick it out on my current emunand instead of risking any issues since it all works fine now. What I wanted to try was hyrule legends and I'm not sure if it'll ask me to update on 9.2/9.3 emunand
