Just install sysupdater.cia in your sysnand. From the main menu of rxTools enter in DEVMODE/PASTAMODE (you can find it in the ADVANCED SETTINGS' section). While in DEVMODE/PASTAMODE launch sysupdater and install the correct 9.2 which can be found in that ISO site.
Don't launch sysupdater while you are on rxsysNAND or you'll brick your console. I've upgraded several times in this way and I never had any kind of issue.
