Hacking updating to 3.2

Hi guys
I was trying to update my will from 3.1u to 3.2u with super smash brawl. When I put in the game it did update but when I check my firmware update still say 3.1u.
did I miss something. I want 3.2 so I can do starfall.

If you are below simply get a copy of anyregion changer and use the inbuilt update tool:

Yes any region changer is good, also i don't think there is any games that contain the 3.2 update,
And Mario Kart\SSB contains the 3.1 not the 3.2
