Homebrew Updating system from 11.2.0-35E to latest ?

Hello there
So, I didn't play SSB4 for a while, and I suddenly had the urge to try it again and unlock all the DLCs.....
The problem is, my game version is awfully outdated (never updated since 2017), and my Software too, so I must update my 3DS in order to update SSB4
I have Luma 9.1, and the SIGHAX payload. I think - but not sure - that I have B9S, and my 3DS system version is 11.2.0-35E.

Should I update my 3DS and SSB4 ?
Or, is there any way to update SSB4 only ?

If u can boot Luma3ds v9.1 just fine then just system update

So, I successfully updated to 11.9.0-42E.
There's still a problem ! I can't download SSB4 update files through eShop. It just doesn't works, and shows me Error 005-2008.
What's the meaning of this error ? Any fix ?

EDIT 2 : I tried to update the game itself, instead of doing it through eShop. Well, same, it shows me Error 009-29200. What can I do ? Can't I just play my game properly ?

If u don't "own" the game u will have to manually find the update .cia's and install them that way

Back in my day, I used freeShop more than the games themselves...
I have about 10 or 20 freeShop-downloaded games, is that bad ?

Go into FBI go to "tickets" press A then "Delete all unused tickets"

Well, it took a while to update SSB4, but finally !.... Error 009-2913. Wtf ?

Yay, finally ! The game successfully updated !
When i got the 009-2913 error, i just tried again. Turns out it worked !

Oh, and by the way, do someone knows how to unlock DLCs or use cheats without an AR card or a flashcard ? :0
