Updating Only Emummc

So I want to update to firmware 19.0.1. My Emummc is currently on FW 16.1.0 and AMS 1.7.0. Newer games like Stray and latest minecraft update require later firmwares. I won’t be using sysmmc ofw or cfw. I have never even opened them. Is it possible to update only my emummc? If so, how do I do it?
Also this switch was premodded.
Will updating break my current games? Would i need to reinstall them?

You can update through AIO Updater and daybreak
It wont break your current games

Thanks Man. Also do i update to 18.1.0 like he said in the video or should i update to 19.0.1

So I did some research and found that AIO Updater sometimes break things.
Can i just copy the new HATS pack to my sd and update emummc using daybreak?
