Hacking Updating mod?

I'm a few years behind, and I'd like to get everything up to date on modding my Wii.
I'm running 3.2U and have a WiiKey 1 with 1.99 firmware. I have the homebrew channel, and I think I used to load my backups using some waninkoko loader using the channel, but I've lost the files and have a blank SD card.

Can someone tell me/direct me to how I can make everything up to date? Most guides don't seem to start at my point.

use modmii download syscheck beta run it choose check ALL ios go to modmii in the main menu type SU drag the syscheck csv into modmii and follow the guide that modmii makes. simple and easy
