Hacking updating EmuNand ? need help

hello
i have a 4.3 3ds xl my emunand appears to be GW3d 4.3 i updated it by using the normal system update and it no longer boots to emunand i formatted it and reinstalled the gateway emunand fine
now i want to know how to update it to the best compatible firmware

Yes. 9.9 is the latest firmware. Gateway Ultra 3.3 supports up to 9.9 EmuNand. Please note this is for O3DS.

N3DS is only supported up to 9.5 EmuNand.
