Hi, I have a DSi that is on firmware version 1.4, my Acekard hasn't been updated yet. Can I update my Acekard with my friends DS Lite? Or will it only work on his DS. First post btw.

you can update using the dsl updater and run it on the dsl yes then it will work but will show up as danny phatom
Yes, you can update with a DS Lite. Once updated, it can work on 1.4.
