Hardware "Update" Wii?

Hey, I've been on 3.2E for a while now, I have a launch Wii with a Wiikey and HBC. So I can't connect to the Wii Shop Channel because I don't have a version that's new enough.

Is there a way to install some custom IOS to gain access to it? If not, what do you recommend? I haven't been keeping up with the news lately.
