Hacking Update Shop Channel

I just got a Wii U a few days ago, now i want to transfer my wii data to Wii U. But in order to do that I have to get access to the Wii Shop Channel, but I have to update my system software (which I dont want to do ofcourse) I already tried to do it with WIISCU but that didn't help. Current firmware is 4.1E. Hopefully someone can help, thanks in advance.

is the Wii hacked?
depends on if you have legitimate stuff you want to transfer also
illegally added wads wont transfer

Yep, got USB loader and so on on my Wii. If I update my Wii systemsoftware, I'm not able to play my downloaded Wii games anymore.

Use the NUS Downloader (PC application) to download the latest version and convert it into a WAD (make sure you tick the box to make the tool do it): http://filetrip.net/wii-downloads/tools-utilities/download-nus-downloader-19-f23757.html

You will need to find the common-key.bin file and place it in the folder.

Then use WAD manager to install the latest version.

you realise you could update the Wii Legitimatly then just rehack the 4.3 with letter bomb

Oh ok, didn't realise that There is a thread to hack it that way somewhere on GBAtemp I suppose ? Then I'll just do it that way I think.. Don't even know if I'm ever gonna play on Wii again, but it would still be nice if I would have access to my Wii games, stored on my external HDD.

well use ModMii, and it will create and download everything you need
doing an official update will obviously stop you using backups till its finished being rehacked

What is "everything I need" then? And if I do an official update, it updates to 4.3 right?
